Dates
Test dates and deadlines for IELTS in Uzbekistan.
Test dates
You can arrange the test date on your own, if slots are available. Check the available dates on the official websites of the British Council or IDP.
TipBook as early as you can. Sessions can fill up, so complete your booking while your preferred date is still available.
Deadlines
Is there a fixed registration deadline?
- There is no single IELTS registration deadline for every test date in Uzbekistan.
- Available sessions are shown in the British Council and IDP booking systems, and a session can become unavailable when its places are filled.
- Choose your test date first, and complete the booking while that session is still available.
ImportantDo not treat “3 days before the exam” as a guaranteed registration deadline.
British Council payment deadline
- If you register with the British Council and choose a payment method that is not completed immediately online, pay within 3 working days after registration.
- Your British Council reference number is a 15-digit number that begins with UZ. Quote it correctly when you pay.
- If payment is not completed correctly, your preferred booking can be changed or cancelled.

- Within five weeks, normal refunds and transfers are generally restricted, although serious medical or other exceptional circumstances may be considered with evidence.
Practical rule
RuleDo not wait for the last possible deadline.
Before paying, check:
- your university or visa deadline
- the expected time for results to be released
- time for a possible Enquiry on Results or retake
- your travel plans
- whether your preferred session still has seats
Leave a safety margin between your IELTS test and your application deadline.
