Test center fees
No Uzbekistan center appears on College Board’s published $24 additional center-fee list for August 2026–June 2027. Listed locations are in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, South Korea, and Taiwan.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel through My SAT by Thursday at 11:59 p.m. U.S. Eastern time before test day to receive a registration refund, subject to the cancellation fee. The $34 rate applies through the change deadline; the later window costs $44.
Refund processing begins 3–5 business days after cancellation, using your original payment method. Your bank may need additional processing time. See your change deadline.
Paying from Uzbekistan
College Board accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, and PayPal. Humo and Uzcard alone are not listed.
Ask your bank whether your card, including any virtual card, supports international online payments in US dollars. Confirm its exchange rate, conversion charges, and payment limits before registering.
Fee waivers
Most Uzbek students testing in Uzbekistan are not eligible. Eligible U.S. citizens attending high school abroad may qualify if they meet the financial and school-year requirements.
